• To keep pace with our growth, we are seeking a highly skilled, creative, and self-motivated craftsperson to fill our labor position with a focus on framing
• Pay based upon experience

Job Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and other framing materials according to project specifications and industry standards.
• Erect structural frameworks, including walls, floors, and roofs, using appropriate tools and techniques such as framing squares, levels, and nail guns.
• Collaborate with other construction team members.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manual dexterity, physical strength, and stamina
• Familiarity with lawn care equipment and basic hand tools
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
• Ability to read and understand project drawings
• General knowledge of home building and building structure, plumbing, HVAC, electric, and drywall a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a valid driver's license
